All-on-ImplantsTM is a modern dental solution for patients who have lost all or most of their teeth in either the upper or lower jaw. The procedure involves placing four to six titanium implants into the jawbone, and may be considered in situations such as multiple tooth loss, advanced gum disease, tooth decay, or when dentures are no longer suitable. These implants support a full-arch fixed prosthesis (bridge), sometimes allowing patients to leave with new teeth often on next day of surgery.
Like all procedures, there are risks such as infection, implant failure and the need for further treatment. Recovery may take several months to allow the implants to fuse to the bone, and a strict follow up care is essential.
This treatment is usually ideal for patients who:

We begin with a thorough exam and a CBCT scan to assess bone density and oral health.
Using digital design tools, Dr Elliot Simpson creates a precise surgical and restorative plan customised for your facial structure and bite.
In most cases, implants and a temporary fixed bridge are placed on the same day.
After 3–6 months of healing, when the implants have fused to the bone (osseointegration), we replace the temporary bridge with a durable, permanent one made from high-quality materials like zirconia.

From consultation to surgery, it varies, but many patients receive their temporary teeth on the same day as implant placement.
